Never surfed
You have never stood on a board. That is the normal starting point here: waist deep water, a big soft board, and a coach telling you where to be before the wave arrives.

Panambur, Karnataka · Ten spots · Rs 18,000, all in · Rs 12,000, surf and stay
Bookings for All in close on 28 September, and for Surf and stay on 30 September.
Movin has coached long enough to know that some people come for the sport and the stay and nothing else. Surf and stay is for them. Both plans are the same camp and the same crew, with no private rooms on either; they differ only in getting there and meals.
| All in | Surf and stay | |
|---|---|---|
| PriceFounding prices, held for our first five camps | Rs 18,000 | Rs 12,000 |
| Getting there | Bangalore to Panambur and back, arranged. Everyone else meets us in Panambur. | You reach Panambur yourself and we meet you there. |
| Meals | A cook for house meals, plus one meal out per day at a chosen local place. | Breakfast on all three days. The house cook makes lunch and dinner from a fixed menu at a nominal rate, paid on the day. |
| Left out | Nothing. | The Bangalore transit, lunch and dinner, and the meal out. |
| Bookings close | 28 September | 30 September |
On both plans, once you are in Panambur, we take you to the beach, the backwater and the skate spot. Every item in the list below is in both plans, unless it is marked All in only.
Boards come from the school.
The review happens each day, not at the end of the camp.
Nothing here replaces a surf session.

The first session is about standing up and about where the water is doing the work. Then a long meal, board games, the group getting to know itself, and the skate spot before dark.

Morning in the water with the camera out. At dusk the kayaks in the backwater, and in the evening you watch your own waves back and hear what to change.

One more surf in the morning, then a good meal and nothing scheduled after it. An off-beat place on the way out if the group wants one.

You have never stood on a board. That is the normal starting point here: waist deep water, a big soft board, and a coach telling you where to be before the wave arrives.

You can catch and ride. What you want is someone who can tell you why the last turn did not work. That is the daily review, video of your own waves, and a board picked for the day.
